THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE

Orientation and classroom instruction establish the response framework. Instructor demonstrations and guided team exercises reinforce organization, communication, accountability, and decision-making. The course concludes with a structured practical scenario and after-action review.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

Closed-toe footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, notebook, and hydration.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

Work gloves, eye protection, personal flashlight, and a small day pack. Course-specific training materials may be provided.
