Mission Overview
Operation Blackout is a 24-hour immersive field training exercise centered on Close Quarters Battle. Participants operate through a continuous series of missions, tactical problems, force-on-force engagements, planning cycles, and After Action Reviews inside complex structures and confined environments.
Training Purpose
Blackout bridges classroom instruction, practical CQB drills, and sustained scenario-based application. The objective is not simply to move through rooms. The objective is to think, communicate, lead, and perform under pressure.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Blackout is designed primarily for participants with foundational exposure to MilSim Directive training. CQB 101 is strongly recommended before attending; CQB 201 is a valuable next step but is not presented as mandatory. Recommended progression: CQB 101 → CQB 201 → Operation Blackout.
SAFETY
All force-on-force activity follows MilSim Directive safety procedures, instructor controls, and mandatory protective-equipment requirements. Unsafe behavior may result in removal from training. Training and course-completion records do not grant military, law-enforcement, medical, security, or other professional certification.
