Juan Perez Juan Perez is a U.S. Navy veteran and certified firearms instructor with a professional background in security operations, leadership, and tactical instruction. Throughout his career, he has worked in protective security, firearms training, and team leadership, developing a passion for building capable individuals through structured, practical training. As Executive Director of Milsim Directive, Juan oversees organizational strategy, operations, curriculum development, and event planning. His vision is to create a professional training environment where participants develop leadership, communication, teamwork, and decision-making through realistic, scenario based exercises. He believes that effective training extends beyond technical skills it builds confidence, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure. That philosophy continues to shape every course, Field Training Exercise, and program offered by Milsim Directive.
